ChatGPT is a tool you open. Qiu is a system installed on top of your company. It keeps your business context, so nobody has to explain it again. It works inside your own tools instead of telling you the steps. What it produces is published at an address of your own that you can share with anyone. And it runs on its own machine, so it keeps going after you close your phone.
You get a full month inside your own business before paying anything for it: the first 30 days are included in the project. If it is not for you by then, you do not continue and you do not pay the fee. No lock-in: cancel whenever you want.
No. Every client has their own assistant and their own memory, and yours is not reachable from anyone else's. It is in writing in the data processing agreement we give you before we start. The servers are in the European Union.
No. You authorise the connections yourself from your own accounts, the same way you would integrate two applications, and you can revoke them whenever you want without asking us. If a credential were ever needed, it is requested through a single-use link and never over chat.
That is the norm and it is covered. There is a second route with a services contract, supplier onboarding and invoicing at 30 or 60 days, with the paperwork a procurement department usually asks for, including the data protection annex.
