What we will ask you for, when you get it, what Qiu does from minute one and what we will not promise you. All written down before we start, not after.

The first ten minutes

Qiu starts working for you. Before we build anything.

Nothing to install and no dashboard to learn. You talk to it like a person, in writing or by voice note, and from the first few minutes it comes back with work done.

01 You give it your website or your Instagram It reads them and already knows what you do, what you sell and how you speak. You don't have to explain it.

02 It tells you what it found With your own numbers in front of you: what's missing from your menu, what can't be booked online, who asked and never got an answer.

03 You give it the first task A piece of copy, a summary of a document, this week's follow-up messages. That is where you see it.

04 You connect your tools Your email, your calendar, your Drive and your CRM. We guide you step by step and we never ask for a password over chat.

Timelines

Each one has its own timeline. They are nothing alike.

QIUThe same day

We set it up and leave it running right away, with your business inside and your tools connected. Nothing to wait for and nothing to install on your computer: it's on your phone that same afternoon and you start using it.

Done for youIn days, with a fixed date

This is a project: your application, your website or your connected operation. Before we start we give you the date and the price, and they don't move.

01Kick-off Contract signed and we begin. The clock starts when your material arrives, not when you pay. We say this at the start, not at the end.

02We ask for everything at once Your brand, what you sell with prices, your details and locations, your domain and one person who can make decisions. All at once, not drip by drip.

03We build it Brand and content first, then what it has to do, then real testing on a phone.

04Handover and keys Half an hour with you there, opening it from your own phone, with your domain and your credentials in your name.

GrowthIn phases, while we work from the inside

This one has no delivery date because it isn't a delivery. We go inside the business and work with your team in phases, and every phase has its own goal and its own numbers in front of it. We start with the one holding you back today, not with the first one on a list.

After any of the three you get a month of adjustments and a year of warranty that it works, and changes are requested by talking to Qiu: this is how support works

Everything stays inside your company. In your accounts and with your credentials.

We work inside the tools your business already has. Beyond being the right thing to do, it is what makes it actually get used: your team opens it on day one because it is where they already work, not in a new place they have to log into.

And we work with few clients at a time. We would rather deliver three projects that work than promise ten that end up half done.

What we will not promise you

We would rather say it up front than look good today.

01 The app stores What we build opens from the browser and saves to your home screen. Being on the App Store or Google Play is a separate conversation.

02 Bringing you new customers We build the system that serves and stops losing the ones you already have. Acquisition is a different job and gets discussed separately.

03 Connecting to any software Almost everything connects, but not everything. We check yours before promising, not after.

04 Keeping anything of yours This one isn't a no, it's a commitment: your domain, your accounts and your data are yours, and if one day you leave, you take all of it with you.
