Tell us three things. You save us half a conversation.

01 What you were doing Which screen you were on and what you asked for. If it was a voice note, say so too.

02 What you expected What should have happened. Sometimes it isn't broken, it just does something else.

03 What happened The message you got, word for word. Send a screenshot if you can.

04 Where from Phone or computer, and which browser. Half of all faults only happen on one of them.

I can't get into my account

Check that your username is written exactly as when you signed up, with no extra capitals. If it still won't let you in, write to us with your username, never your password, and we'll look into it.

I've lost a conversation

Conversations you delete can be recovered for a while. Write to us as soon as you can with the name of the conversation.

Qiu doesn't remember something I told it

Tell us what it was and which conversation it was in. It can be checked.

I want to delete my account

You do it from the app itself and it is explained step by step in how to delete your account.

Your conversations are yours. They are not used to train anything.
